The latest gossip in Kollywood is that Nayantara is all set to remove the famous 'Prabhu' tatto on her hand. The tattoo was revealed by the media, everyone thought that this is going to be a long relationship for sure, sadly truth is strange. Now Nayan wants the tattoo removed and has opted for a Plastic Surgery on her hand to remove the Tattoo. The surgery might happen very soon.
